With multiple employees sharing a single office, OHT Partners needed a new headquarters to accommodate their growing team while also helping them recruit skilled project managers in a competitive market. The office also needed to be designed to support the many subcontractors and vendors coming and going. Modern amenities, such as flex workspaces, all-hands spaces for staff, and a coffee bar, helped the office feel elevated — but not extravagant. For the space’s aesthetic, we created a professional, tidy, and relaxed vibe using materials like indigo denim, belt leathers, gloss umber tile, and oak veneer. For a personal touch, we infused hints of the outdoors to reflect the partners’ and employees’ love of nature.
