Drive into Dallas, and you’ll immediately recognize one of the city’s most iconic buildings — Fountain Place. The 58-story glass prism building was made most famous as part of the intro to the TV show Dallas. Now, the landmark is more beautiful and functional than ever, thanks to a recent renovation that included a fully equipped fitness center. By reclaiming previously unusable space, our team converted an existing mechanical mezzanine and building maintenance storage areas into a Class A gym. The design embraces the signature angles of the building and exposes its original steelwork and fasteners. The space includes wood veneer lockers, steam showers, and a full suite of free weights and cardio equipment face skyline views.
