This modern Georgian brick home in Davenport Ranch is just minutes from the Austin Country Club. Surrounded by greenspace and private trails, the home is known as “the treehouse” thanks to its sweeping views. Because of this, our team wanted to incorporate a light, airy aesthetic that includes bright white walls and plenty of open windows. To accentuate the views, we avoided window treatments along the glass wall facing the yard and deck to create an effect where the tree canopies appeared in the kitchen and living spaces. A brick fireplace in the kitchen, a soaking tub in the primary bath, and wood bead chandeliers add a cozy feel to the home. The oversized kitchen, which opens to the living space, his and hers walk-in closets, and marble mosaic floors offer a touch of modern luxury.
