Our team’s long-time relationship with CBRE made us a perfect fit to craft their new Austin offices. It was important to the commercial real estate company that the space reflects the city’s unique culture. We took this to heart. As you enter the office, you’ll see a map of Austin’s key streets embedded in the concrete floor. Street names are similarly ‘embossed’ into the polished floors. Through the office, you’ll find huddle rooms to promote teamwork, focus rooms for individual work, day areas for traveling employees, open team areas, and touch-down areas. To create a space that offers a concierge-like experience, we included a beer and wine tap, custom furniture design, and a modern aesthetic punctuated by hints of color throughout.
