Financial technology company Banker’s Toolbox was looking for a partner to take them from their startup aesthetic to a more sophisticated, professionally branded workplace. As the organization grew and forecasted more growth ahead, it became increasingly important that their workspace encouraged retention and supported recruitment. Our team performed benchmark studies on everything from pace allocations to amenities and determined the best ways to reflect the desired brand and culture within the environment. New amenities included a large work café and gaming lounge, scrum spaces, an IT service desk, satellite coffee bars, and a quiet work library space. The team also featured a graphic wall of recognition that’s expandable for new awards.
