As Austin Fraser was expanding its Austin workforce, the specialist recruitment consultant company needed a space it could grow in that felt authentic to its funky culture. High-end materials and punchy graphics created a fun, collaborative atmosphere for employees. For example, our team used a neon-hued wallpaper rendition of Andy Warhol’s Queen Elizabeth in one meeting room as a nod to the company’s UK heritage. With open workspaces, a pool table, a staff bar, big-screen televisions, and ample bench seating, the design supports client interaction, employee training, and a strong internal culture.
